**Job Overview:**

Want to break into IT? We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team. Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while resolving technical issues and providing proactive support. The successful applicant will play a major role in helping the company provide customers with excellent technical support and complete assigned projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner to resolve technical issues.

- Set up user accounts and equipment for new employees.

- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations of the organization's IT infrastructure.

- Provide technical support for both hardware, software and network issues our users encounter.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, as well as common software applications

- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Reliable and self-motivated individual

- Coachable and willing to learn

- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in IT and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
