Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist at PATH Behavioral Healthcare in Lavalette, WV. The Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to clients, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing treatment plans, and facilitating group therapy sessions. The Therapist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential client records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of West Virginia
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
