Work for 60 year old Dallas based organization in the electronics industry.
You will be developing training materials by watching instructional videos created by individuals within the company on how to perform the various processes employed by the organization. You will be documenting the processes involved including descriptive verbiage and screen shots to create training modules accessed through the company's ERP system.
You will document the videos in MS Word and Screenshots of the videos to provide instructions on each (800 ) process for an employee training module in the ERP system.
BACKGROUND

• Strong experience with process documentation
• Expert level MS Word skills
• Experience with screen shot capture for instructional materials
• Experience with manufacturing and assembly processes a plus
• Training Development and Instructional design a plus
