Required Skills:

Conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, working on software development projects with an active role working with stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and other business analysts.
Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements that span multiple complex domains for continuous integration and deployment and preparing proposals for best fit technology based on the elicited requirements.

Responsibilities:

Meet with relevant stakeholders, including agency and local district subject matter experts, users, and executive teams to elicit requirements.
Produce artifacts that reflect and ensure system planning, design, and delivery are in line with business needs.
Conduct peer reviews, understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities, and work with blended teams of State and vendor resources.
