Position: Sr. Oracle Fusion Lead analyst

Duration: 6-9 month contract

Location: 100% Remote

Our client is in need of an ERP SME to analyze the current ERP processes, and recommend, implement solutions / enhancements to their current Oracle Fusion platform.

Purpose:

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) who has significant IT operational and application support experience. This person will analyze current financial system practices to recommend, implement solutions and enhancements. The SME will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on delivery against business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Proven technical leadership of the Cloud ERP landscape. Technical system analysis/support for Oracle Fusion Financial modules, bill management, and OIC integration/interface support.
• Partner with Techno-Functional Team, Oracle Managed Service Team (CSS) and CRM/ERP OIC and OCI Support Team to drive execution of system improvements.
• Display a can-do attitude, persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
• Identify areas of improvement and ensure they are shared with the right stakeholders.
• Share and train team members on Oracle Cloud technical knowledge.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business concerns.
• Strong working knowledge with Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud, REST API especially relating to ERP and HCM modules.
• Securing OIC and ERP systems PGP encryption, SSL renewals, SSO, best practices for handling sensitive data and software development methodology and tools.

Experience & education:

• Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Strong working Knowledge in ERP systems, its interfaces, and its data exchanges.
• Experience with Vertex or other tax software solutions.
• Strong knowledge in Oracle Integration Cloud at least 3 years.
• Knowledge Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including ATP Autonomous Transaction Processing DB.
• Working knowledge on HDL (High Data Load) for bulk import processing
• Exposure and experience with the following:
  • Technology related project experience i.e. understanding of IT/infrastructure and development
  • Change Management in complex environments.
  • Resource management (specifically demand and capacity planning)
  • Risk and Issue management.

• Experience with global teams leading IT projects across cross functional areas including technology upgrades, maintenance, and development implementations.
• Global experience with reporting systems, ETL integrations, and financial systems.
• Excellent communication skills and works independently.
