Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in OneTrust and Performance Validation, driving our strategic initiatives to successful outcomes while ensuring compliance and efficiency in our processes.

Hands on experience in OneTrust Cookie Consent Management or similar consent Management platforms.

includes Design and implementation of Cookie consent management system using OneTrust Tool.

Configure System global configs, User & Groups.

Configure reports & dashboards.

Configure Organization Hierarchy.

Configure and integrate with Identity platforms.

Integration with Web applications for Coolie management.

Experience: 8 years

- Must have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with OneTrust are required.

- Demonstrated ability in Performance Validation, ensuring projects meet all performance criteria.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability is crucial for success in this role.

- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

- Utilize OneTrust to manage data privacy and security aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Conduct Performance Validation to ensure that all aspects of the project are tested and meet the projects requirements and standards.

- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Optimize resource allocation and ensure that each project adheres to its respective timeline and budget.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
