THIS IS AN ONSITE WORK POSITION

Position: SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Education - Education - bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Experience:

• Experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA, Enterprise Central Component (ECC, Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/or Interfaces in SAP
• Functional SAP experience is required.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications or object-oriented analysis and design.
• Knowledge of basic CRM architecture
• Experience in requirements development, system design, and testing.

Mandatory Training in SAP S/4HANA

CAMS will be transitioning to the SAP S/4HANA applications. Required knowledge for staff augmentation resources under this contract require S/4HANA advanced training. The consultant must satisfactorily complete at least 40 hours of advanced training in the SAP S/4HANA applications at the contractor s or consultant s expense. The Department will not provide, arrange, or pay for the training, and will not reimburse the contractor or consultant for the cost. The time needed for this training may not be billed to the Department. The contractor must provide documentation with its reply that the consultant has completed the training, or the training can be completed, and the documentation provided to the

Department within six months after the effective date of the contract. Documented technical experience equal to 1000 or more hours on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project will be accepted in lieu of this training requirement.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience with Department CAMS
• All phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.
• Knowledge reflected in SAP S/4HANA related certifications.
• Experience with Interfaces in SAP.
• Child Support experience
