Role: SSD validation engineer
Type: FTE
Location: Longmont, CO -onsite 100%
Candidate should have good knowledge on Storage product and validation.
Skill mandatory:
Storage (SSD validation and engineer) - Storage product and validation, SSD drive, NAND Flash validation, enterprise server hardware, scripting with python/bash/PowerShell
- Good work experience on SSD drive, NAND Flash validation.
- Experience in Lab setup for SSD drive validation.
- Good knowledge on OS installation through PXE setup and system setup(drive/RAM connection, cabling, BIOS setup, Networking).
- Strong knowledge in enterprise server hardware.
- Experienced in all Windows server OS versions and all Linux OS versions and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge in scripting with python/bash/PowerShell will be an added advantage
- Perform First Pass Failure Analysis on failures and provide recommendation on possible cause.
- System level and drive level debugging using software programs, bus analyzers(SerialTek/Lecroy), and other diagnostic tools.
- Good in report or document preparation.
