Our Direct client is looking for Senior Business Analyst-12 Months Contract-Hybrid opportunity at- Piscataway, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Business Analysis:

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team.

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.

• Ensure solutions meet business goals and comply with industry standards.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.

• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technologies.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies for projects.

• Assist in the development and testing of models.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.

The salary range for this role is 90-110 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
