Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including physical therapists, physicians, and other professionals involved in patient care.Qualifications and Skills:1. Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.2. Current and valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.3. Proven experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a clinical setting (internship or work experience).4. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.5. Good physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with physical activities.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and their families.7. Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately document patient progress.8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.9. Strong organizational skills to manage patient schedules and maintain detailed documentation.10.
