Job Description:
Our client is a general contractor that specializes in multifamily and commercial construction projects. They are looking to hire a Project Manager in St. Louis, Missouri.
Experience and Skills:
- Must have 3-10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication among team members
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation
- Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial aspects
- Ensure construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications
- Provide regular project updates to all relevant parties, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and resolutions
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Address and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
Benefits:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
