Our client, a large well known consumer products company in NJ is actively seeking a Director of Accounting to join their team. They develop, manufacture, and market one of the most comprehensive product portfolio's in the industry. This is a great company that offers a fantastic benefits package and is also known for being a great company to work for.
Salary: $225,000 B
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day financials and help create financial goals and objectives
- Design and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Create budgets/forecast and work with each department on a regular basis
- Prepare monthly management reports and share results with key executive team members
- Indicate financial trends, opportunities and potential risks to help the growth of the business
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements
- Analyze quarterly and annual filings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Masters a plus)
- Public and Private Accounting experience (both a plus)
- CPA is a plus
