​Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain a positive rapport with students. Instruction is delivered in a community setting with grade levels and subject areas that vary. Hours are dependent on student need up to 10 hours per week with a rate of $40.38.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
• A current Connecticut teaching certification in a core subject and/or in Special Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual instruction to students as needed.
• Document work completed.
• Maintain communication with the Department of Pupil Services
• Implement instructional methods aligned with a student's IEP (if applicable)
• Participate in virtual PPTs (if applicable)
