Director Ecommerce - must be a commutable distance to Miami or willing to relocate

We are helping a hyper-profitable DTC ecommerce brand focused on health/wellness to hire its first Director of Ecommerce. You will enable the company's brand to grow through its DTC channels. The marketing team is small, so this position requires you to be hands-on and fully own digital P&L.

Responsibilities:

• Own P&L
• Oversee web development
• Work closely with the Growth team and develop a growth-focused roadmap
• Develop and execute strategy to drive acquisition growth of new customers and expand LTV across all digital channels
• Boost the company's online presence and sales across platforms
• Regular audits and constant optimization of product pages to maximize conversion and presence online
• Be meticulous about product details to the overarching brand strategy - ensuring every part of the online presence is in sync with the brand
• Monitor brand performance against competitors and devise and implement strategies to increase the company's market share
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure products are always in stock and shipping timely
• Deep dive into data - tracking performance and finding opportunities
• Trend analysis and forecasting
• Analyze and use customer reviews as a resource to enhance the consumer shopping experience
• Collaborate with Brand and Product teams to launch new products and update product pages, A content, comparison tables, and brand stores

Qualifications:

• 5 years of ecommerce experience with a track record of running a DTC digital brand
• Experience working with growth/performance marketing teams
• Expert in Shopify/Shopify
• Comfortable working in an environment where performance is measured on KPIs like CAC, Sales Growth, Conversion Rate, Revenue Growth, Lifetime Value (LTV), and Customer Satisfaction
• Must have experience with a DTC website, Amazon, and retail websites
• Highly prefer someone with a background in a subscription model or core replenishment
• Prefer someone with experience at a company with a limited product assortment
• Clear and concise communicator - comfortable reporting to the Founders regularly
