We are seeking an RFP & Contract Specialist with Specialty Pharmacy experience in Lake Mary!MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE : Contract Specialist needs to have technical writing experience with SOPs, RFPs, and coordinating RFPs.

This position will also support the contracting team in reviewing contracts and providing direction on redlines as outlined in the work instruction.

Essential Functions : The role of the RFP & Contract Specialist Position will encompass but will not be limited to the following activities : Responsible for tracking and managing proposal updates, version control, and archiving of proposals.

Responsible to maintain database responses and ensure up to date and accurate.Once an RFP has been approved by the Governance Committee as a strategic opportunity, the RFP& contract specialist will begin to populate responses from RFP response databaseResponsible for coordinating additional responses from appropriate SMEs across the business Responsible for reviewing responses to ensure response meets strategic objectives and for accuracy, completeness, spelling and grammatical errorsResponsible for coordinating reviewing and approving of RFP submission as outlined Partner with contracting team to review contracts, begin redlining, and feedback process in accordance with work instruction processQualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 4 years of experience responding to sales-related RFPs to external clients, policy documentation, or Accreditation credentialing supporting sales Strong, clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsExperience working within a sales organization with demonstrable resultsResponsible for coordinating reviewing and approving of RFP submission as outlined Proofreading, professional layout and minimal graphic design skills a plusHealthcare industry, RFP tool and / or Technical experience a plusAbility to quickly and enthusiastically adjust to changing environment and easily integrate advances in Technology and processesAdvanced knowledge of MS Office;
