• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance); Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in data science or analytics, with a focus on finance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, professional maturity, and experience in finance are important.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and experience with statisticalanalysis, machinelearning, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive models using historical financial data and other relevant datasets.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems.
• Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and optimization.
