Parts Specialist

Extreme Powersports is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team in Pikeville, KY. This position will be responsible for ordering, inventory, sales, and distribution of parts and accessories for all Extreme Powersports vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

Manage inventory and inventory control procedures

• Order parts from vendors and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Ensure that all parts are accurately identified and priced.
• Process orders in a timely manner to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain all required Brand training certifications at required levels.
• Scheduling customer service/repairs and ordering all needed parts for the service technicians to complete jobs.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues related to the purchase process.
• Maintain records of all customer interactions, transactions, and purchases in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, coworkers, and management in the workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred). Previous experience in parts purchasing or inventory control is required.
• A high level of organization skills is required with attention to detail is necessary for this position.
• This position requires excellent phone etiquette as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary for this position.
• This position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail oriented at all times while maintaining accuracy in data entry.
• This position requires regular interaction with customers, vendors, employees, management, and other customers’ employees at all times while working in an environment where teamwork is important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
