Key Responsibilities:

• Client Care: Maintain a small caseload of 15-18 clients, providing exceptional therapy services.
• Referral Network: Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral sources to ensure a steady stream of clients.
• Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including paperwork, orientation for new hires, and supervision of office staff, clinicians, and interns.
• Community Engagement: Represent our agency at community events, job fairs, and college fairs. Be the friendly face that connects us with the community.
• Presentations: Fearlessly deliver presentations when needed. You’ll be our agency’s ambassador!
• Travel: Explore North Carolina! This position requires travel within the state, and we’ll reimburse your mileage.
• Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $23-$28/hour for provisionally licensed therapists and $30-$35/hour for fully licensed therapists.

Qualifications:

• License: Must be fully or provisionally licensed as a therapist in North Carolina.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an office manager and/or therapist.
• Personality: Outgoing, people-oriented, and comfortable making presentations.
