Project Description :
The Tech Support Specialist will play a critical role inassisting the Helpdesk to support employees with technical issues.
This project initiative focuses on providing timely and effectivetechnical support to ensure smooth operations and uninterruptedproductivity within the organization.
The candidate may need toadhere to varying work hours including weekdays Saturdays andholidays to meet the needs of the team and theorganization.
Responsibilities :
Identify Document & Troubleshoot : Identifydocument and troubleshoot technical issues reported by employeesensuring accurate and comprehensive issue resolution.
Contribute to Knowledgebase : Utilizeand contribute to the internal knowledgebase to maintain anuptodate resource for issue resolution.
Effective Communication : Communicate technicalissues effectively to internal and external teams facilitating thetransfer of reported issues for resolution.
OnCall Support : Participate in an oncallsupport rotation basis typically for 2 3 weeks per year. Thisincludes providing support during offhours such as Monday 10 pm toThursday 6 am and Friday 10 pm to Monday 6 am to ensure continuoussupport coverage.
Skills Must have :
1years of experience supporting PC operating systems includingWindows 7 and Windows 10.
1 years of experiencesupporting mobile devices such as Android or AppleTablets / Phones.
6 months of experience withMicrosoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.)with the ability to create edit save and send documents.
Effective communication skills to interact with colleaguesand endusers.
Efficient call handling abilitiesto ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution.
Nice to have :
Experience with Microsoft Office
