Emmis is Hiring a Remote Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager will execute Lencore’s marketing strategies to drive sales and support the Lencore brand. This individual will implement all marketing related plans and activities including sales enablement, customer and company communications, industry events, vendor relationships, training, website, social and lead management activities.

  • Noise Management – the introduction of sound masking into a space to create acoustical comfort and speech privacy resulting in a more productive and enjoyable environment.
  • Music & Paging – the inclusion of background music and overhead paging as required by customers, in order to create ambiance and addressability.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage content and marketing platforms including Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce), Learning Management System (Absorb), Website Content Management System (Wordpress), Google Analytics, and more;
  • Create and manage website, sales, and marketing content;
  • Manage website optimization to promote business to target markets;
  • Execute Marketing and CRM strategy, incorporating inbound and outbound strategies; assist with lead management distribution;
  • Create and Activate social media campaigns via LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X),Instagram, and YouTube to increase reach within the industry;
  • Coordinate and Execute trade show events;

  • Manage all marketing-related vendor relationships, including outside marketing/advertising agencies, promotional material creation and fulfillment, trade show, and industry trade groups;
  • Develop, implement, and manage internal and external marketing materials, logo items, programs, and processes;
  • Manage and assist in the creation of all external communications, including Press Releases, newsletters, technical updates and other announcements;
  • Evaluate marketing tools for implementation such as new technologies, procedures, or resources;
  • Create sales tools & actionable training materials to improve sales force effectiveness. Help plan, coordinate and participate in training; including implementation of on-demand training through Learning Management Software (LMS);
  • Report on marketing initiative performance, marketing-related analytics, ROI, and performance against budget; make recommendations for improvement.
Education, Experience, and Qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business;
  • Three (3 ) plus years of experience in a customer facing marketing role, including marketing communications;
  • Experience working in similar roles within an audio/video, manufacturing, and/or building materials environment is preferred;
  • Strong customer focus mentality and ability to apply best market practices while driving execution;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders – executive team, cross functional leaders, service providers, outside representatives, vendors, and customers;
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach and the ability to initiate change efforts to meet/exceed targets and contribute to business growth;
  • Command and composure to deliver in a high-performance and results-oriented environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective teams and motivate others;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and hands-on style.
Position Location:
  • On-site or Hybrid availability in Huntington, NY or Indianapolis, IN,or Remote;
  • Ability to travel as required by role (up to 15%)
