Location: Alvin Texas
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with ASME Section VIII Div 1, Appendix 47 Pressure Vessel Designer or Engineer credentials.
Responsibilities:
Design ASME Section VIII, Div 1 pressure vessels.
Oversee QA/QC function for steel fabrication.
Play a key role in obtaining ISO 9001: 2015 Certification in conjunction with existing ASME Code Stamp program.
Conduct thorough internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Interface with external auditors, clients, and regulatory agencies to facilitate compliance audits and inspections, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transparency.
Qualifications:
ASME Section VIII, Appendix 47 Pressure Vessel Designer or Engineer qualifications
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation and compliance.
API 510, 570, 653 certifications are preferred.
Physical Requirements

• 80% Office Setting, including sitting, some bending, walking, and viewing.
• 20% Interacting in an industrial environment.
