This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, manage our loaner car fleet, and contribute to the smooth operation of our service department.

Job Summary: As a Loaner Car Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of our loaner car department. This includes providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the logistics of our loaner fleet. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional greeting to every customer.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with integrity and poise.
• Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms.
• Ensure loaner car policies are clearly explained and followed by clients.
• Verify driver's license and insurance information for loaner car contracts.
• Conduct thorough inspections of returned vehicles for damage.
• Maintain fleet cleanliness and ensure vehicles are safe for use.
• Manage loaner car fleet availability for service appointments.
• Provide regular reporting on loaner car usage and fleet status.
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
• Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• $16.00-$17.00 DOE

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or money handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer software and basic office equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.
