Our team of skilled professionals, from mid-level engineers to senior technical experts, have experience in applicable process technologies, program management, conceptual and detailed design engineering, and construction management.
We are seeking an Entry-Level Information Technology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware setup/configuration, troubleshooting, and replacement. They will also be responsible for deploying build images and software to laptops and desktops using SCCM. This role involves providing end-user support, including moves, transfers, new hires, and interacting with VIP users.
The candidate will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, accessories, and mobile devices, including Windows systems. Additionally, they will handle standalone and network printer support, inventory management, asset commissioning and decommissioning, and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests. Experience with VPN connectivity, antivirus management, Citrix installation troubleshooting, application/database installation, backup tape management, mobile device management (MDM), and telephony services is beneficial.
