Banning and Son, Inc. is Hiring an Accounting Manager Near San Diego, CA
- Processing and accurately recording transactions in QuickBooks
- Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses
- Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
- Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
- Creating accurate and informative reports
- Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans
- Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
- Reconciling credit card and bank statements
- Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries
- Preparing accounts payable invoices
- Making payments promptly
- A minimum of 3 years in accounting or a related field
- Previous experience working with Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Suites
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
