Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound service calls, intelligently answering questions and setting service appointments
• Providing world class customer service by being empathetic and attentive to customer's needs
• Conducting outbound phone calls and text messages to remind customers of upcoming appointments
• Utilize reports to call/text customers in need of service or recall work
• Utilize Honda's Interactive Network to intelligently look up recall information and radio codes
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Call center/receptionist experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
