Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment
- Investigate accidents and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and safe work practices
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives - Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulations related to workplace safety

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and conducting training sessions
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for root cause analysis
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in safety inspections and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
-Computer skills a must.
-Microsoft Office experience with word and excel.
