We are looking for a motivated and experienced Framing Site Supervisor to join our team at East River Contracting in the Midwest!. As a Framing Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of residential and commercial framing projects. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project management to establish project timelines and schedules
• Supervise framing crews and subcontractors on-site to ensure work is completed to company standards
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to create a safe work environment
• Manage material deliveries and inventory to maintain project efficiency
• Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
• Communicate effectively with project managers to provide progress updates and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Experience in residential or commercial framing
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Spanish/English Bilingual is a bonus
