ESSENTIAL DUTIES PER AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepares and assists with cooking all menu items as needed.
• Prepares and delivers food trays to hospital patients.
• Acts as a soux chef to the Cook.
• Able to perform duties of 1st and 2nd Cook.
• Receives and inspects deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Sets up and delivers catering.
• Maintains clean and organized work area allowing for continual delivery of optimal food service.
