RequirementsResponsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
• Work closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience including providing information to clients about the safety, benefits, and risks associated with various types of treatments and services
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within th industry

Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable
• Excellent Client Service Skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
