Exhale Sinus is opening a new location in Rockford expanding our presence beyond our initial location in Schaumburg. We are dedicated to providing care for patients with Sinus, Nasal, TMJ, Headache and Sleep conditions. We employ physicians who specialize in ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat/Otolaryngology) as well as advanced practice providers including a nurse practitioner and physician assistants.

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to motivate and open to learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Implement training and development plans
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Monitor budgets by department
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Skills:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical office management practices (preferred)
• A history of working with electronic medical records (preferred)
• Prior experience with AdvancedMD (AMD) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills

Pay: $55,192.92 - $70,000.00 per year
