MSD of Wayne Township is Hiring an Area 31 Director of Nurse Aid Training Near Indianapolis, IN
- Coordinate and schedule CNA certification exams for all Area 31 students (Main Campus and Expansion Programs) in partnership with state-approved testing organizations.
- Ensure that all testing materials and resources are available and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Assist health science teachers in maintaining accurate records of students' clinical hours to ensure compliance with certification requirements and provide regular updates to students and educators.
- Assist students in securing clinical placements by coordinating with local healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements for hands-on training and experience.
- Assist students in the application process for CNA exams, including paperwork, fee management, and scheduling.
- Organize and conduct review sessions and practice exams to help students prepare for both the written and skills portions of the CNA exam.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, exam results, and certification statuses.
- Communicate with students, parents, educators, and testing agencies to provide information and resolve any issues related to the CNA testing process.
- Stay up-to-date with state and national CNA testing requirements and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the certification process, including career advice and post-certification opportunities.
