Service Manager Position
- Position is directly responsible for leadership supervision, and motivation of technical staff.
- Address and resolving customer complaints
- Ensure all safety policies are enforced
- Maintain and liaison with high volume customers
- Evaluate department performance and ensure profitability of the department
- The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
- Have excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Experience with CDK DMS system
