HemaSource is seeking an Associate Product Manager to assist the Senior Product Manager with managing physical medical products through the product lifecycle. This role will come to understand the HemaSource medical product portfolio, how our products are used, and what equivalent physical products can be substituted in the pursuit of always having the right products for our customers at the right time.
Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed knowledge of all HemaSource products.
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices for product usage.
• Assist through the various stages of the product lifecycle:
• Research current and new products and potential vendors, per Commercial and Customer Service requests.
• SKU creation.
• Improving information within the ERP for active products, (e.g. improve product pictures, specification sheets, IFUs, etc.)
• Assist with identifying product substitutions for longer termed backorders.
• Drive goals by collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Customer Service, and Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant professional experience accepted.
• Experience in product management, within the plasma industry is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience collaboratively solving problems promptly.
• Experience driving multiple projects cross-functionally.
• Experience researching relevant products.
• Ability to build trust through constructive debate and accountability to commitments.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel to product-related trade shows 2-3 times per year.

Salary: $50000 - $70000 per year
