Role Description:
As a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR), you will be responsible for synthesizing intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting information through appropriate channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intelligence Synthesis: Research, analyze, and report intelligence information obtained from SIGINT collection, cyber surveillance, and reconnaissance operations sources.
- Information Prioritization: Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information to meet customer needs.
- Enhanced Reporting: Enhance intelligence reports with collateral information and maintain awareness of customer requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other collectors and analysts to share target-related information and develop comprehensive intelligence products.
- Tool Development: Develop working aids, update databases on-target activity, and perform quality control and product-release functions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Information Systems is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cryptanalytic work within military or intelligence community organizations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using customer reporting tools and applying reporting AIS (Automated Information Systems) standards.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication abilities.
