Ennoble First is looking for a Cloud Engineer and Developer with strengths in both front and back-end work with a slightly greater strength on the back end to work with emerging technologies. You will work with clients on the most exciting and state-of-the-art projects within Ennoble First and in support of several Federal and Commercial customers. We offer intensive on and off the field training as required with a core focus on Prototype development, Pilot development and implementation, full-stack application development, cloud architecture and certification, with additional focus on emerging technologies associated with AI, DevOps, DevSecOps, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking and Telecommunication, Block Chain based systems and others Primary Responsibilities: * Build a strong working relationship with our customer, customer partners and customer stakeholders and aid in delivering high quality solutions
* Identify, compare, evaluate emerging technologies and work on comparative studies, gap analysis, SWOT analysis, Make-Buy Decision Making of such technologies.
* Coordinate with Customer SMEs, technical leads, PMs and department heads to arrive at prototypes, prototype architecture, prototype building, prototype testing, demonstration and finalization of prototype.
* Coordinate development of Pilot programs, architect, design, develop, test and implement pilot programs with assistance from SMEs and government counterparts. Provide complete documentation and lead the various development stage gates and get the necessary approvals * Anticipate, identify, plan for project risks and suggest/implement risk mitigation to project manager.
* Provide advice, support and guidance as needed and serve as mentor to colleagues
* Act as a technical liaison between customers, SMEs, department heads, engineering teams and support.
* Develop and provide schedules, management to a schedule and ensure activities committed to as part of the monthly SCRUM meet expectations.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning design processes
* Able to create and maintain documentation that support issue resolution
* Develop code to run on the backend in the cloud, as well as responsive web frontend and mobile devices.
* Develop the behind-the-scenes functionality of our applications building out APIs, connecting to databases, integrating external services and much more
* Deploy our systems into production Cloud Native Environments
* Write and maintain end-to-end, unit and integration tests
* Participate in Agile events, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
* Work closely with the product owner and UI/UX designer to bring the product vision to life
* Drive client facing sprint demos alongside your Scrum Team
* Coach and mentor junior members of the team on our development processes and best practices
* Assist in promoting Ennoble First and work on building additional programs to the Ennoble First portfolio in support of our federal customer Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related majors and 12 years of experience in software solutions & development
* Experienced in Cloud Engineering, Migration, and Hyrid Implementations (multi tenet)
* Experienced in Emerging technologies like AI (Components of AI like ML, NLP, Expert systems, Imaging intelligence, Automation), Cloud Engineering, RPA, Cyber security, ITSM, Data Engineering (Data Analytics and Predictive modeling), IoT, Networking and telecommunications (5G) and Software Engineering
* AWS Certification, SCRUM Master Certification, Cybersecurity certification and other associated certifications * Experience in building requirements, use cases, deriving requirement, architecture, design. Development, testing and finally delivery is
* Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a cloud engineer * Minimum 8 years of experience in any or more of the following: API, software development & Infrastructure, AGILE and Traditional models, AWS, Kubernetes, R, SQL, Big Data concepts, AI based cybersecurity, Networking and Communications, 5G, IOT, Automation
* Strong programming ability using Virtual Machines, Java, Linus, Docker/Cloud Container, Python, R, JavaScript, HTML5 and use of Front-end and back-end tools, systems, use of AI specific languages, RPA, GIT, GITHUB, and others
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Should have the ability to present to higher technical leads, customer program staff, customer program directors and division leaders
* Ability to work closely with Ennoble First leadership and have the ability to support Ennoble First on multiple ventures and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast- paced environment
* Ability to work with Vendor partners, Vendor SMEs to narrow down technological choices
* Ability to solve problems and presenting valuable alternatives as dictated by the customer within the boundaries of technical scope, cost, schedule, low risk and high security
* Any major Cloud Certification Desired Skills: * Use of Emerging technologies in the Federal government or Commercial sector preferred. * Ability to work on customer site, Ennoble First Site and Remotely is preferred. * Strong Sales, Pre-sales and Business development skills a plus. * DISA, DOD and Intel Agency experience is a plus.
