- Fulfilling occupancy goals by advertising, conducting property tours, and filling vacancies
- Answering phones and internet inquiries for new prospective residents
- Scheduling and conducting showings with prospective residents
- Determine the eligibility of perspective residents according to company policy
- Posting notices
- Maintain Reporting regularly to the Property Manager
- Providing excellent customer service and resident relations
- Maintaining and securing the premises.
