We are seeking a bookkeeper to manage all our accounts payable and reconciliation. Your responsibilities will include posting financial transactions to accounts in QuickBooks, reconciling statements, assisting with preparation for taxes and producing financial reports monthly, quarterly and annually. You will also be responsible for auditing our books to ensure our records are correct.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Postsecondary education in accounting, business, or a related field, preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks; experience with other tax preparation and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Duluth, GA 30097: Relocate before starting work (Required)
