POSITION OVERVIEW
The Community Engagement Liaison will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager within the Talent Center of Excellence (COE) onsite in our Greensboro, NC headquarters and will be a key asset to building the aviation workforce of the future. In this role, you will build and own relationships and programs with current community partners while expanding HAECO’s outreach to new opportunities within our community and develop new programs to access talent across Guilford County, NC and Columbia County, FL. You will help initiate, grow, and promote HAECO workforce development initiatives that deliver a branded employee experience that drives talent acquisition, career development and retention.
