Ensures product is properly tagged for movement Receiving Team Lead Job Responsibilities: Ensure Loading and unloading trailers without damage to stock, trailers, or building.Performs quality checks.Promotes safe work environment.Keeps work area neat and in order at all times.Monitors performance of employees to ensure productivity standards are met.Communicates with Supervisor pertaining to daily jobs.Enforces HLM/Crown Staffing rules and regulations.Gives proper instructions to all Hi-lo drivers, and Matcher/Verifiers, according to the specific job.Ensures proper material flow from receipt to storage and storage to production.Performs other duties as assigned Receiving Team Lead Job Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentValid operator’s license for hi-loAbility to demonstrate complete understanding of shipping and receiving system used for outside storage areaAbility to keep all pallets neat, organized, and undamaged
