Job Description
Currently seeking a full time Manufacturing Supervisor. Applicant must have leadership experience and have an exceptional understanding of Sheet Metal, Machining and Welding.
Applicants will be required to:
Answer all questions regarding production of sheet metal and Fabricated parts.
Lead the shop to complete production goals and meeting deadlines.
The position requires previous experience in. Manufacturing Processes and the ability to read and understand drawings.
Reports To: General Manager
To ensure that all shop personnel operate and complete all tasks in accordance with company’s ISO 9001 Quality System. Ensures active participation in safety and drive for continuous improvement.
Conducts him/her-self in a professional and respectful manner to all personnel in the organization.
All other duties and tasks as assigned by General Manager.
Skills/ Qualifications: Leadership skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Computer Operations (Excel, Spreadsheets), and Manufacturing Experience (preferably in Precision Sheet Metal).
Hours- Monday-Thursday (4×10) Compensation 65k-85k BOE
