Position Overview: PCI Municipal Services is looking for cashiers to assist with our events in downtown Oklahoma City. We are seeking individuals with great customer service and communication skills and offer a flexible schedule. We have a proud history of providing high quality, progressive and innovative parking management services for the garages and lots in Oklahoma City, OK serving clients such as the Oklahoma City Thunder, Oklahoma Convention Center, and other venues downtown.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cashier at entrance, taking cash, and/or credit card payments.
• (May use a mobile device to help with traffic flow and for special event parking)
• Open availability to work all OKC Thunder home games, Paycom Center events and Convention Center events.
• Stand on your feet or sit for long periods of time in an outdoor setting in any elements.
• Control traffic at entrance and exits, as needed.
• Use hand signals, flags, and signs to communicate with drivers and guide them through work zones
• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the park facility.
• Provide incoming vehicles directions to the on-site park facilities and parking areas.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected parks violations, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences to the Park Ranger and your immediate Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Direct traffic and ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists at construction sites or other designated areas

Essential Job Functions:

• Customer service and courtesy skills a must.
• Working outside and inside of parking garages, in the elements.
• Must be able to manage all the cash transactions in the workplace.
• Able to maintain accurate control of tickets as well as following all assigned duties and operating procedures as required.
• Must be punctual, thorough and have a great work ethic.
• Great communication skills with the members of your team, guests, and management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
