Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile customer payments
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any inquiries or issues related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field preferred
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate debits, credits, and account balances accurately
- Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in telemarketing or phone etiquette is a plus
