About the Role:

The Freight Claims and RGA Supervisor will be responsible for managing all ABG brands Freight Claims and RGA’s. E

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all Freight Claims and RGA’s through to completion.
• Build and Maintain a Freight Claims management Smartsheet to provide visibility of each brand’s Claims, Status, and all analytics involved.
• Oversee and manage employees once the processes are built and all brands managed in-house.
• Oversee and audit all Claims and RGA’s weekly.
• Responsible for all reportables and analytics to show how we are performing.
• Work with warranty and customer care to ensure credit owed to the customer is completed in a timely manner.
• Help drive corrective action for systemic damage issues identified through Freight Claims reasonings.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Logistics experience, preferably in LTL and Freight Claims
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong teamwork skills to work across multiple departments for a common goal.
• Strong analytical skills to help compile data, build reports, and create actions from those reports.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Act with integrity and honesty, avoiding actual or apparent conflicts of interest in personal and professional relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
