Engelke Construction Solutions is Hiring an Accounting Associate Near Brunswick, OH
We are currently seeking a talented individual that can provide support to the accounting and compliance departments within a growing and fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, highly organized, and a team player a must!
Qualifications:
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Solid organization skills
- Verify the accuracy of invoices
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment following detailed instructions
- Highly motivated self-started with the ability to effectively prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines (time management)
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Oversee waiver database while maintaining accurate records
This is a full-time, 40-hour a week position. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Education/Experience:
- General knowledge of accounting a plus!
- Experience with Jonas (Premier Construction Software) a plus!
Benefits:
- Salary: $41,000 - $45,000/yr. based on experience
- Health benefits (company pays 50% of out of pocket costs) – eligible after 30 days
- Six (6) Paid Holidays
- Paid Time Off (accrued based on start date)
- 401k package – company matches 4% if employee contributes 5% or more – eligible after 90 days
