Job Details
Position: Product Owner
Required Skills:
- 14 years of experience with at least 8 years of experience in Product Management; additionally, five or more years of experience in product development, at sometime in the past, would be preferred
- Demonstrates thought leadership
- In the past, been a Product Owner for one or more microservices; experience taking a microservice through its lifecycle of ideation, development, deployment, operations and support
- Understands the low-code application development market trends and competitor offerings
- Has defined and developed new products; while successfully bringing them to market
- Experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps and strategies; with a proven track record of executing and delivering results; brings a customer first attitude and orientation
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and refined based on business needs and development team capacity
- Develop, align across multiple stakeholder groups, and execute on the enterprise biologics data management strategy while promoting good data stewardship
- Developing and maintaining complex IT systems integrations
- Coordinate and facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and provide regular updates on project progress
- Solid understanding of Agile Development practices.
- Knowledge of System Design and Architecture.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, technology-related issues, and analytical analysis.
