The successful Physical Therapist candidate will be:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in carrying out individualized plans of care as well as coaching in individual and group settings
• Able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both in oral and written form
• Able to demonstrate initiative, will have a strong commitment to quality, and will have a willingness to grow in their field through coaching and continued education
• Professional, enthusiastic, share a warm and personable demeanor. 
• The candidate will adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards, and have the ability to create a fun, safe, and effective environment for success.

Education and Certifications:

• Must be 18 years or older (required)
• Must have a current and unencumbered license to practice in the State of Nebraska as a physical therapist (required)

Vaccination Requirements: Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season. If needed, we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge.
