Eyecare Associates of Kuna is small but growing optometry office, looking to add a qualified team leader to add to our amazing team as a full time Clinical Technician/Clinic Lead!

Responsibilities Job responsibilities include:
Technician:

• Monitor patient flow and doctors schedule 
• Daily clinical work ups: Gather medical history and reason for the visit, complete diagnostic testing and necessary documentation
• Explaining insurance benefits to patients 
• Assist the Optometrist as needed during examinations
• Show patients how to properly care for contact lens/ trainings 
• Contact lens ordering

Clinic Lead:

• Oversee day to day operations
• Solving problems and resolving conflict 
• Providing direction and guidance 
• Motivate team members 
• Monitor team performance 
• Monitor day to day clinic operation
• Communicate with our manager and managing doctors 
• Attend leadership meetings once a month in Nampa 

Hours required for this position:

• Monday 8:30am-5:30 pm
• Tuesday 9:30am-7pm
• Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm (Nampa office 8:30-9:30 for weekly team meeting) 
• Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm
• Friday 8:00am-3:30pm 

Required Skills Clinical Technician/Clinic Lead required skills & qualifications include:

• Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and be reliable 
• The ability to connect and communicate well with patients
• Strong communicator - written and verbal
• Able to multitask, manage time wisely; detail-oriented
• Team-player with a positive attitude
• Decision making skills 
• Able to work as a team and independently 
• Optometry experience preferred
• Leadership experience- REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED- REQUIRED
