Job Description:

An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in Cooperative Energy Company by driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships within the fuel, propane, c-store and oil industry. They focus on both existing clients and potential customers, ensuring exceptional service, product knowledge and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Customer Service and Relationship Building
  • Sales and Pricing
  • Product and Programs Knowledge
  • Quoting Services and Presentations
  • Energy Market Awareness
  • Sales Data Tracking and Strategy Implementation

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in inside sales, preferably within the fuel, propane, c-store or oil industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their unique needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite And CRM Tools
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
