Midwest Answer is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our team as an answering service agent. We have immediate part time openings with the potential for full time. Our agents answer phones for other companies 24/7/365 and customize our service to meet their needs- whether it's taking messages, contacting on-call, dispatching tows, and much more. We are not script based so your personality can shine and help build a rapport with callers. 

An ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with people in a variety of business types. Multitasking and computer skills are a must. Professional demeanor, great spelling and grammar skills, and prior office experience are preferred. A background check is required. Training is provided. This is NOT remote so you will need reliable transportation to the office.
