We are in need of a special person to fill our position for an experienced customer service representative . Our CSRs are the key to effective client communication. CSRs should be able to effectively provide client education as well as maintaining our EMRs, effectively managing our appointment schedule, client check-in and check-out, prescription requests and other tasks, including maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and building.
This job requires multi-tasking, exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and can be quite fast paced. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as superior computer skills.
